Shipping policy

Order Processing Time:

The frames are all sanded, stained and prepared. Allowing up to select the frame stain chosen and attach the the phrase selected. This significantly cuts down turnaround time because it gives everything a chance to dry and settle (when working with natural pine wood).

Shipping Times:

We ship from our Wood Shop (located in Concord, New Hampshire, USA. Orders are processed and shipped out 1-3 (Business Days). 

Orders shipping within the United States are expected to arrive in 3-5 Business Days via USPS.

Customs and import taxes:
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
